Crosthwaite Commercial have let Unit 1 at Chesterfield Trade Centre, Sheffield Road, Chesterfield to Plumbco following the decision by the existing tenants, Pro Trade, not to renew their lease. The rent achieved was just over £12.50 per square foot.
