Crosthwaite Commercial have let three spaces in the popular Little Kelham development. Two of the lettings were in Eagle Works, the converted and refurbished steel mill, to Simoda and Sheffield Flower School. There is now only one office suite remaining in the building of 1,410 sq ft.
The final letting was to Isabellas Café / Restaurant at 17 Alma Street, a self-contained building which occupies a prominent position at the entrance to the development. We are delighted to welcome all three occupiers to the scheme.
