Crosthwaite Commercial, acting on behalf of Balfour Beatty Rail, have sold the freehold investment of 361-365 Coleford Road in Darnall, Sheffield to investors Greenstone for £960,000.
Prior to this in November 2012, Crosthwaite Commercial negotiated the letting of the premises on a new10 year lease to Pipeline and Drainage Systems Ltd at a rental of £100,000 pa.
The property comprises an industrial unit of around 20,000 sq ft on 2.6 acres and the investment sale showed a net initial yield of around 9.85%.
