Crosthwaite Commercial have sold a 60 year lease on office/workshop/yard premises at 69-71 Sorby Street, Spital Hill in Sheffield to a local investor & manufacturer. A figure of £60,000 achieved for the 1,680 sq ft premises on behalf of Vinci Energies.
