Crosthwaite Commercial have sold the former Shiregreen Children’s Centre on Bellhouse Road on behalf of NHS Property Services. A private investor purchased the building for a price in excess of £220,000. The fully fitted children’s nursery premises are now available to rent and offers in the region of £25,000 per annum are invited.
