On behalf of Marsdens Developments, Crosthwaite Commercial have let a newly refurbished building at its popular Sandygate Road site to Seven Hills Fitness Training Limited. The team, lead by Ben Cobley and Luke Haslam, are opening the doors to the new fitness studio this week. They signed up to a 10 year lease with a five year break.
