Crosthwaite Commercial have let the former Mr Rubble recycling premises to the adjacent occupiers, Veolia, at a rental of £20,000 pa. Veolia have signed a long term lease and have already made extensive alterations as part of ongoing improvements at their Tinsley Park Road depot.
