New Bookshop for Bakewell

Crosthwaite Commercial have let the former Franc fashion shop in Bakewell town centre to Bestsellers Direct who are expanding their chain of clearance book shops. A rent of £21,500 pa was agreed. Demand for the premises was strong with a number of applicants left disappointed, an indication of how demand for units in the more popular tourist towns remains strong.
