Crosthwaite Commercial has negotiated the purchase of the freehold investment in the Just Car Clinic at the Wicker Centre on Savile Street in Sheffield on behalf of a private local investor.
The premises comprise around 28,000 sq ft of workshops and offices on a site of about 1.8 acres and are let to Just Car Clinic Group plc until 2028 at a current rent of £155,796 per annum. The price paid was £1.375m representing a net initial yield of almost 11%.
The vendors, who were Fixed Charge Receivers acting for the West Bromwich Building Society, were represented by CBRE & Eaton Commercial.
