Crosthwaite Commercial have let the former Trayco premises at Meadow Way, Swinton in Mexborough to the adjacent occupiers, Maple Leaf Bakeries for expansion purposes.
The premises comprise of 15,500 sq ft of warehousing and offices on a 1 acre site situated on the well established Swinton Meadows Industrial Estate.
A rent of £3.50 per square foot was achieved.
