Crosthwaite Commercial have let the former Bedroom Bar on West Street in the centre of Sheffield.
The premises comprise a ground floor bar of 2,800 sq ft of with a similar size basement and are prominently located opposite Walkabout at the corner of West Street & Carver Street.
The new tenants currently operate Bar 27 on Boston Street and are in the process of refurbishing the venue with a view to opening early November.
A rent of £56,000 per annum was achieved.
