Crosthwaite Commercial, on behalf of Veolia, have negotiated an assignment of 2.34 acres of storage land in Ecclesfield, Sheffield, with 6½ years remaining on the lease. The passing rent was £28,900 per annum and a premium was paid for existing buildings on the site. The new occupiers are Hallam Express.
