Office Administrator

Permanent, Part-Time

Crosthwaite Commercial are commercial property agents based in Sheffield City Centre who have been established for over 10 years. We are a small friendly office looking for a hard working office administrator to join our growing team.

Job Role

Providing secretarial and administrative functions including marketing and accounts.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken with good attention to detail.
  • High levels of IT skills including use of Microsoft Office and website software.
  • Organised flexible approach to work.
  • Experience in the commercial property industry is preferred.

Hours of work

This role will be approximately 20 - 22 ½  hours per week, ideally to be worked across four days, but this could be flexible.

Salary

Competitive.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a flexible, organised and pro-active individual and have the ability and experience to provide an effective support service to the office.

This role would suit a strong communicator with a professional and helpful manner and a genuine interest in property. You will have good typing and administration skills and the ability to multi-task and use own initiative to manage workload.
