Acting on behalf of a private investor, Crosthwaite Commercial has negotiated the purchase of the freehold investment of Casanova Restautant at 200 Crookes, Sheffield.
The property is let at a rental of £25,000 per annum and a price in excess of £300,000 was agreed.
