Crosthwaite Commercial have completed the sale of 7 Castle Street in Sheffield, a Grade II listed 8,100 sq ft office building, on behalf of Howells Solicitors. The purchasers were Snowdrop, a charity supporting survivors of human trafficking, who paid £630,000 for the freehold.
