Bubble Tea Shop for West One

Crosthwaite Commercial have let “The Egg”, the oval shaped former 360° Bar in the centre of the West One Plaza, to LOL, a new concept Bubble Tea outlet. A rent of £25,000pa was agreed for the 1,300 sq ft unit which has been completely refitted.
