Crosthwaite Commercial has successfully negotiated a simultaneous surrender and a grant of a new lease on 5A Broom Business Park, Chesterfield. The new tenant, Smurfitt Kappa, have taken a new 5 year lease on the 11,105 sq ft building. The park which extends to 3 acres providing 13 business units and totals around 95,000 sq ft of space, is fully let.
