Crosthwaite Commercial has let the former Simply Fish & Chips takeaway premises at 44 Union Street, Sheffield as a new Chinese Cafe. It was let for a term of 3 years with a rental commencing at £15,000 in year 1 and rising to £17,500 in year 2 and 3 per annum.
