Crosthwaite Commercial have been instructed by Travis Perkins to find an occupier for the former PTS unit on the new Kirk Sandall Networkcentre in Doncaster.
The scheme is aimed at trade operators and the like with units let to Plumb Centre, Pipe Centre, Lovells and Humber Merchants.
The unit provides 2,650 sq ft of ground floor space plus a 1,360 sq ft mezzanine and is available on flexible lease terms.
