Suburban Office Building Sold

Crosthwaite Commercial have agreed the sale of the long leasehold interest in a suburban office building in Omega Court, 358 Cemetery Road, Sheffield, for The Dale Estates Ltd. A G Property (UK) Ltd were the purchasers at a figure of £200,000.
