Sheffield City Centre Office Building Sold

Crosthwaite Commercial, acting jointly with AWS, have negotiated the sale of a 20,000 sq ft office building, Mott MacDonald House, on St Mary’s Gate, Sheffield. The purchaser was the Leeds based YPP Group and a figure in excess of £1.9m was achieved for the freehold interest.
